2. SHIPPING POLICY

Last Updated: September 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to physical purchases from Lero Luxe PMU.

1. Where We Ship

We offer shipping to many domestic and international destinations.

Availability depends on:

  • carrier service;

  • import restrictions;

  • destination country;

  • service availability;

  • current shipping conditions.

A country appearing at checkout does not guarantee that customs authorities will permit delivery.

2. Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within approximately 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the website, product page, checkout, announcement bar, or order confirmation.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During launches, events, travel periods, high-volume periods, or temporary studio closures, processing may take longer.

Any special processing notice displayed at the time of purchase forms part of this Shipping Policy.

3. Travel or Temporary Fulfillment Delays

If we announce that shipping will resume on a specific date because of travel or an event, orders placed during that period will be processed beginning on the stated date.

For example:

Orders placed October 12–16 will begin shipping October 17. Digital access remains immediate.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Rates may vary based on:

  • country;

  • region;

  • package weight;

  • carrier;

  • destination;

  • shipping profile.

Shipping charges are separate from product price unless otherwise stated.

5. Estimated Delivery

Transit times are estimates provided by the applicable carrier.

They do not include our processing time.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless the specific shipping service expressly provides a guarantee.

6. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will generally be provided after the shipping label has been created and the carrier has accepted or scanned the parcel.

Tracking may take time to update.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for submitting the correct shipping address.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

If a package is:

  • returned to sender;

  • undeliverable;

  • delivered to the address entered by the customer;

  • delayed;

because the customer submitted an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.

8. Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages may be returned because of:

  • incorrect address;

  • incomplete address;

  • recipient unavailable;

  • failure to collect;

  • customs refusal;

  • unpaid duties;

  • carrier inability to deliver.

If a package is returned, we may contact the purchaser to determine whether reshipment is possible.

The purchaser may be responsible for the cost of reshipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

9. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package may be lost, contact us.

We may require the customer to cooperate with a carrier investigation.

A parcel is not necessarily considered lost simply because tracking has temporarily stopped updating.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will determine an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and carrier procedures.

10. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located, customers should first:

  • check the delivery location;

  • check with household members;

  • check with neighbors where appropriate;

  • check with building management;

  • contact the carrier.

We will assist where reasonably possible, but carrier confirmation of delivery may affect available remedies.

11. Damaged Packages

If a book arrives materially damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide:

  • order number;

  • photographs of the book;

  • photographs of the outer packaging;

  • photographs of the shipping label;

  • clear photographs showing the damage.

Do not discard packaging until the issue has been resolved, because the carrier may require inspection or photographs.

12. International Shipping

International delivery may take significantly longer than domestic delivery.

International shipments may be subject to:

  • customs clearance;

  • inspection;

  • duties;

  • VAT;

  • GST;

  • tariffs;

  • brokerage charges;

  • handling charges;

  • import taxes;

  • postal fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are generally outside our control.

13. Customs and Duties

Unless expressly stated otherwise, international orders are shipped on a basis where import charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

We cannot accurately predict customs charges in advance.

Customers should contact their local customs authority if they need an estimate.

14. Refused International Shipments

If a customer refuses a shipment because of customs duties, taxes, or import charges, the customer may remain responsible for:

  • original shipping;

  • return shipping;

  • carrier charges;

  • customs-related charges.

Any remaining refundable amount will be handled according to applicable law and our Refund Policy.

15. Customs Delays

Customs delays are outside our direct control.

A delay at customs does not automatically mean a parcel is lost.

16. Import Restrictions

Customers are responsible for verifying that printed educational material can legally be imported into their jurisdiction.

If customs authorities confiscate, reject, or destroy a shipment because of local import rules, available remedies may be limited except where applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Delayed Shipment by Seller

If we cannot ship within the time we promised, we will follow applicable law regarding notification, revised shipping dates, cancellation, and refunds.

In the U.S., federal rules generally require sellers to ship within the advertised period or, if none is stated, within 30 days, and to provide cancellation/refund options when shipment is delayed. Federal Trade Commission
