REQUIREMENTS:

1) Deposit (500$) or total balance is required to register. Remaining balance is due one week before class start date for credit card payments +3.5% processing fee. Cash payments are due first day of class (no processing fee). All payments are non-refundable.

2) Once you have registered, you will receive an email with course information, enroll form and location one-two weeks before training day. You must complete the enroll form and email it back to us at least two weeks before training start date.

3) Classes are non-refundable but can be transferred ONCE to another course at a later date within 6 months or our next available course in any locations we offer the course;

4) Since your lip blushing training involves working on a live model, you need to complete a Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) Training for California to understand the fundamentals of how to work with blood. For this purpose, we highly recommend https://www.cathymontie.com but you might Google for another. As you are provided with a PDF certificate once you pass the course, you can easily forward it to us before the start of your training.

5) Students are required to check their state regulation and licensing. Check the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in your home state to determine what is required.

6) Must be 21 yrs. old with a valid state ID;

7) Must sign up Enrollment Agreement via Right Signature (it will be emailed to you after registration) for every course separately;

8) Students are required to provide their own model. If unable to do so, you must give two weeks notice to Lero Luxe Academy in order for us to arrange a model. (In the event we provide a model, we cannot guarantee each student will have a model and there may be situations the students may have to share models).

9) All courses start at 10:00 am to 6.30 pm/7.00 pm except if not agree differently.
