DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

This Digital Product License applies to the Digital Edition of the Lip Blushing Training Book and any digital copy included in a Bundle.

1. Ownership

The Digital Edition is owned by Valeriia Horiuk / Lero Luxe PMU and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing the Digital Edition does not transfer ownership of copyright or intellectual property.

2. License Granted

Upon successful purchase, the purchaser receives a limited:

  • personal;

  • non-exclusive;

  • non-transferable;

  • non-sublicensable;

  • revocable;

license to access and use the Digital Edition for individual educational purposes.

3. Permitted Uses

The purchaser may:

  • read the book on personal devices;

  • download the book where the platform permits;

  • maintain a personal digital copy;

  • use knowledge learned from the book in legitimate professional PMU practice;

  • print one personal working copy for their own use, where printing is technically permitted.

4. Prohibited Sharing

The purchaser may not:

  • share the PDF;

  • forward the PDF by email;

  • send it through messaging applications;

  • share download links;

  • share platform login credentials;

  • allow another artist, employee, student, friend, family member, or colleague to access the product using the purchaser’s account.

Each user must purchase their own authorized copy unless we provide written permission otherwise.

5. No Resale

The purchaser may not:

  • resell the book;

  • sublicense it;

  • rent it;

  • bundle it with another product;

  • redistribute it for payment;

  • include it in a paid membership;

  • provide it as a bonus for another course or service.

6. No Free Distribution

The purchaser may not upload or distribute the Digital Edition through:

  • Google Drive;

  • Dropbox;

  • Telegram;

  • WhatsApp;

  • Facebook groups;

  • forums;

  • file-sharing services;

  • cloud storage links;

  • course platforms;

  • membership platforms;

  • social media.

7. No Educational Redistribution

The purchaser may not use the book itself as:

  • a student manual;

  • class textbook;

  • workshop workbook;

  • academy training guide;

  • certification material;

  • class handout;

  • downloadable course resource.

8. Teaching Knowledge Learned

The purchaser may apply professional knowledge learned from the book and may discuss general concepts in their own words.

However, they may not reproduce our expression of that knowledge by copying:

  • text;

  • diagrams;

  • tables;

  • charts;

  • illustrations;

  • layouts;

  • branded systems;

  • substantial sequences or sections.

9. No Copying

The purchaser may not copy substantial portions of the book into:

  • another book;

  • e-book;

  • PDF;

  • course;

  • guide;

  • presentation;

  • website;

  • social media post;

  • training manual.

10. No Translation for Redistribution

The purchaser may not translate the book, in whole or substantial part, into another language for:

  • resale;

  • distribution;

  • teaching;

  • publication;

  • free sharing.

11. No Modification or Rebranding

The purchaser may not:

  • remove copyright notices;

  • remove branding;

  • add their own branding;

  • present the book as their own work;

  • alter the book and redistribute the altered version.

12. Social Media Use

Purchasers may post a limited photograph or screenshot showing that they purchased or are studying the book.

However, they may not post enough readable content to allow others to access or reconstruct substantial educational material.

13. Client Use

The purchaser may reference the physical or digital book during client consultation for explanatory purposes.

This does not allow copying or distributing pages to clients.

14. Commercial Professional Practice

The purchaser may use techniques, principles, and professional knowledge learned from the book in their own PMU services.

The license restriction relates to copying and distributing the educational material itself, not legitimate use of learned skills.

15. Account Security

The purchaser is responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

If unauthorized sharing is detected, access may be suspended or terminated where permitted by law.

16. Copyright Enforcement

Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, publication, or account sharing may constitute copyright infringement or breach of license.

We reserve the right to use reasonable legal and technical measures to protect the material.

17. License Termination

We may revoke digital access where there is clear evidence of:

  • unauthorized redistribution;

  • account sharing;

  • resale;

  • piracy;

  • substantial copyright infringement;

subject to applicable law.

18. Backups and Platform Availability

We recommend maintaining access information responsibly.

Platform providers may occasionally experience outages or change functionality.

Where reasonable, we will attempt to maintain access to purchased content, but uninterrupted platform availability is not guaranteed.

19. Updates

We may update or revise the Digital Edition.

Purchase does not automatically guarantee access to every future edition, expanded version, translated version, or separately released product unless explicitly stated.

21. Mandatory Rights
