1. TERMS OF PURCHASE

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern purchases of the Lip Blushing Training Book and related educational products offered by Valeriia Horiuk / Lero Luxe PMU (“Lero Luxe PMU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing any Digital Edition, Physical Edition, Bundle, or related product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Digital Product License.

1. Products Offered

We currently offer the Lip Blushing Training Book in three formats:

Digital Edition
A digital version of the Lip Blushing Training Book provided through our designated online platform.

Physical Edition
A professionally printed physical copy of the Lip Blushing Training Book shipped to the customer.

Physical + Digital Bundle
A combination of the Physical Edition and Digital Edition. Digital access may be provided immediately after purchase, while the physical book is shipped separately.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, page count, features, packaging, photographs, and other product details may be updated from time to time.

2. Educational Purpose

The Lip Blushing Training Book is intended solely for professional educational and informational purposes.

The book is designed primarily for permanent makeup artists who have already received foundational permanent makeup education.

Purchase of the book does not:

  • provide professional certification;

  • replace a basic PMU training course;

  • create a professional license;

  • authorize the purchaser to perform procedures where licensing is required;

  • replace medical, legal, regulatory, insurance, licensing, or safety advice;

  • guarantee any particular treatment, business, financial, client, or healed result.

Purchasers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, sanitation standards, bloodborne pathogen requirements, insurance obligations, and professional standards applicable to their jurisdiction.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time.

Promotional or launch prices may be available for a limited period. Once a promotional period ends, the regular price may apply automatically or manually.

A customer is entitled only to the price displayed and charged at the time the order is completed.

We are not required to provide retroactive discounts, price adjustments, or refunds if:

  • a product later goes on sale;

  • a promotional code becomes available after purchase;

  • the regular price changes;

  • another purchaser receives a different promotional offer.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed through the payment method offered at checkout.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order if:

  • payment is declined;

  • payment appears fraudulent;

  • information provided is incomplete;

  • there is a suspected chargeback, unauthorized transaction, or payment dispute;

  • the product is unavailable;

  • an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.

If we cancel an order that has been fully paid and no product has been delivered, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Taxes

Applicable sales tax may be charged where required.

For international purchases, additional taxes may be imposed by the purchaser’s country, including:

  • VAT;

  • GST;

  • customs duties;

  • import taxes;

  • brokerage fees;

  • handling charges;

  • tariffs;

  • local government fees.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Digital Product Access

Digital access is provided through our designated online platform.

The purchaser is responsible for:

  • providing a correct email address;

  • maintaining access to that email address;

  • creating or maintaining any required platform account;

  • keeping login credentials secure;

  • ensuring their device and internet connection can access the product.

Digital delivery may occur immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Occasional delays caused by payment processing, email delivery, platform maintenance, security review, or technical issues do not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund.

If digital access has not been received within a reasonable period, the purchaser should contact us so that we can investigate.

7. Personal-Use License

Purchase of the Digital Edition grants only a limited personal-use license.

Ownership of the intellectual property does not transfer to the purchaser.

The purchaser may use the material for their own professional education and legitimate PMU practice but may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or use the book as training material for others except where we have provided prior written permission.

8. Physical Product Orders

Physical books are subject to availability.

Inventory quantities displayed online may occasionally be inaccurate due to technical issues, simultaneous purchases, damaged inventory, or inventory adjustments.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we may:

  • issue a refund;

  • contact the customer regarding a delay;

  • offer another reasonable solution.

9. Shipping Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

The purchaser is responsible for checking:

  • recipient name;

  • street address;

  • unit or apartment number;

  • city;

  • state or province;

  • postal code;

  • country;

  • telephone number where required by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

10. Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed.

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions, local holidays, labor disruptions, natural disasters, security issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Under U.S. federal rules, online sellers must have a reasonable basis for stated shipment times; if no shipment time is stated, shipment generally must occur within 30 days, and customers must be given appropriate options if a delay occurs. Federal Trade Commission

11. International Orders

International customers are responsible for determining whether the product may legally be imported into their country.

We are not responsible for:

  • customs delays;

  • customs inspections;

  • duties or taxes;

  • brokerage charges;

  • refused customs clearance;

  • local import restrictions;

  • delays caused by government authorities.

If an international shipment is returned because the recipient refused customs charges, failed to collect the package, or provided incorrect information, any refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with our Shipping and Refund Policies and applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content contained in the Lip Blushing Training Book, including but not limited to:

  • text;

  • graphics;

  • diagrams;

  • illustrations;

  • photographs;

  • layouts;

  • charts;

  • pigment-selection systems;

  • written explanations;

  • educational frameworks;

  • page designs;

  • branding;

is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

13. No Unauthorized Educational Use

Purchasers may not use the book, in whole or substantial part, as:

  • a student manual;

  • course curriculum;

  • workshop material;

  • academy handout;

  • downloadable resource;

  • membership content;

  • paid educational content;

  • free educational content;

  • translated training material;

  • social media carousel reproducing the book;

  • copied PDF or printed workbook.

Teaching knowledge learned from the book in the normal course of professional practice is not prohibited, but copying, reproducing, or distributing the book itself is prohibited.

14. No Results Guarantee

We do not guarantee that purchasing or using the book will produce:

  • specific healed PMU results;

  • increased income;

  • increased bookings;

  • business growth;

  • client satisfaction;

  • successful treatments;

  • any particular professional result.

Results depend on many factors outside our control.

15. Errors and Corrections

Educational materials may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated references, formatting issues, or information requiring clarification.

We reserve the right to update digital materials at any time.

A minor typographical, visual, or formatting issue does not automatically constitute a defective product.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a purchaser experiences a problem, we encourage them to contact us first.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of digital access and preservation of transaction, access, and delivery records for dispute purposes.

Nothing in this section limits lawful consumer rights.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lero Luxe PMU and Valeriia Horiuk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from use or misuse of the educational material.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable local law provides greater rights than these Terms, the mandatory local law will control.

This is especially relevant for consumers in jurisdictions with statutory cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or warranty rights.

19. Governing Law

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version in effect when the purchase was completed, except where law requires otherwise.
